M&D was a family business, and the family had been working in Washington for decades
Bradley bought the parts that actually matter to homeowners: the phone number, the local base, the standards, and the technical experience that had been doing this work for thirty years.
What’s genuinely different is the presentation. Alpenglow publishes its prices instead of quoting them on request, keeps chimney sweeps and inspections as separate services with their own jobs, and puts a written report in your hands after an inspection. The work itself is the same careful, to-code job it’s always been.

Is it still the same phone number?
Will you still service the unit M&D installed for me?
Yes. The brands M&D installed are the brands we service — the list above is theirs. If yours isn’t on it, call anyway; it almost certainly just predates the list.
What happens to the warranty M&D gave me?
We’re honoring it. If M&D warrantied the work, that promise came with the business — dig out your invoice or tell us roughly when the job was done, and we’ll take it from there. The name on the van changed; what the shop owes you didn’t.
