It’s the service visit price plus parts: $250 for gas, $280–$420 for pellet, and $270 or $290 for wood. Parts are billed separately, and you hear the price first.
When a repair pushes the visit past an hour, time after that is $15 per 15 minutes. If a part has to be ordered, the return trip is $95.
Do you repair fireplaces you didn't install?
Yes. It doesn’t matter who installed it. Parts availability varies by brand and age, and you’ll hear what’s possible first.
What's the difference between a repair and a service?
A service is the visit; a repair is what happens on it when your technician finds something. Every service includes inspecting, cleaning, and tracking down any problem, and most common fixes happen on the spot. So if your fireplace isn’t working, you book a service. How long does a fireplace repair take?
Repairs are typically done in a single visit, usually inside an hour, since your technician will carry the parts for the most common issues. The exception is a part we have to order.
Can you get parts for a discontinued model?
Sometimes. Our office manager is a master at finding quality parts for discontinued models. If he can’t find the part, we’re not sure who can.
