We install in new construction, in retrofits, and as updates to existing units — and we service all brands, whatever’s already in your home. If you’re buying new, we carry Heat & Glo, Pacific Energy, Napoleon, and Empire, or you’re welcome to supply your own.
The service list is short on purpose. Rather than spreading across several trades, our technicians do fireplaces and nothing else — which is why the person who shows up already knows what he’s looking at.

Gas, wood, or pellet, sized for your room and installed to code. Framing, venting, gas lines, and the final safety test are all part of it — and you’ll know how to run it before we leave. The site check comes off your install.
Gas & Pellet Service
$250 Gas · $280-$420 Pellet
One visit — cleaning, tune-up, and repair — so it’s ready the first cold night you want it. Pellet pricing depends on your stove’s brand; check yours on the pricing page. Parts billed separately.
Wood Service & Chimney Sweep
$270 single story · $290 two story
A clean chimney burns the way it should. We sweep out the buildup and check everything from firebox to cap, so you can light it this season without a second thought.
Inspection
$150 flat rate
Buying, selling, insuring, or just not sure it’s safe to light. You get a top-to-bottom look at the fireplace, stove, or chimney, plus a report you can hand to anyone who asks for it.

Fireplace installation pricing has three parts, and only one of them is ours.
The unit is your choice — anywhere from a few hundred dollars secondhand to $20,000 custom, and we install what you pick. One honest note on the unit: this is where the lifespan of the whole project gets decided. Budget units — the kind sold online or off the shelf — can have a lifespan of less than 10 years; a well-built unit from a manufacturer like Heat N Glo, Pacific Energy, or Travis Industries routinely runs twenty or more. We install either. But over the life of the fireplace, the better unit is usually the cheaper one — and our techs have servicer both kinds long enough to see how the math ends.
Our labor runs $700 to $2,000 depending on the job, and we quote it upfront.
Venting is the honest wildcard: if your existing venting works, adapters can run under $200; a new vent path is often $1,000 to $3,000, and we sometimes can’t know exactly until the wall is open. That’s why we start with a site visit — a real number for your setup beats a typical range for someone else’s, and the $130 comes off the install when you book.

When's the best time to schedule a service or install?
Before the burning season — late spring through early September. Appointments are easy to get, and if the inspection turns up anything worth fixing, there’s time to handle it before you actually want the fire.
October through December is our busiest stretch, and the schedule can run several weeks out. If your fireplace needs attention mid-season, don’t wait on our account — call, and if something’s genuinely unsafe we’ll tell you what to do in the meantime. But if you’re reading this in July: July is the answer.
