The terms that apply when you use the Alpenglow Fireplace Services website or book fireplace and chimney work with us.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fireplace-services.com and the services provided by Alpenglow Fireplace Services LLC. By using our website or booking service with us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing fireplace-services.com or requesting service from Alpenglow Fireplace Services LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Our Services

Alpenglow Fireplace Services provides fireplace installation, fireplace repair, annual maintenance, and chimney sweeps and inspections to homeowners in Arlington, Camano, Stanwood, Marysville, Granite Falls, and Snohomish, Washington. We provide these services under Washington contractor registration WA Reg KINGSSI741L5.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Published prices, such as repair from $250 plus parts, maintenance at $225, and a chimney sweep and inspection at $275, are starting points based on typical work. A written quote we provide is valid for the period stated on it. Final pricing may change if the actual condition of the fireplace or chimney differs from what was described. We will always discuss additional costs with you before doing the extra work.

4. Booking and Property Access

When you book, you agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the fireplace and chimney at the scheduled time. If our technician cannot access the property or the area is not ready, we may need to reschedule and a return visit fee may apply.

5. Payment

Payment is due on completion of the work unless we agree otherwise in writing. We will tell you the accepted payment methods at the time of service. Late balances may be subject to reasonable collection costs.

6. Workmanship

We stand behind our work. If a problem results from our workmanship within the period we state for that job, we will return and correct it. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, damage by others, or issues caused by parts and appliances outside the scope of the work we performed.

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. We ask for reasonable notice so we can offer the slot to another customer. Any deposit terms will be stated on your quote.

8. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to use fireplace-services.com to break the law, infringe our rights or those of others, submit false information through our forms, upload harmful code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or scrape the site without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on fireplace-services.com, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Alpenglow Fireplace Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non commercial use only.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The website is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. Information on the site is general and does not replace an on site inspection by a qualified technician.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Alpenglow Fireplace Services LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. For any claim relating to a service we performed, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for that service.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpenglow Fireplace Services LLC and its staff from claims arising out of your misuse of the website or your breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the site or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
